OK, so I was really struggling with myself internally over what to do and just like a gift from God my Uncle called. We'll call him UA from now on. He is the one I was talking about with all the knowledge and experience. He gave me the greatest pep talk and told me he believed in me and wanted me to succeed, etc. He also said the first time he did the cleanse, he just jumped right in. He said it's better to follow the "ease in" process which is just a modified version of the "ease out" process. So here I go. Instead of that white rice or mound of chocolate I was contemplating eating - I poured myself a glass of OJ.
